A large sport stadium had various bulk fill dispensers for toilet paper, hand towels and soap.
The dispensers were inefficient and resulted in excessive wastage through over-dispensing. Staff were required to use up to 12 different access keys to refill the dispensers, causing significant confusion and time wastage.

Resolution:
Vita Direct proposed unifying all dispensers to one brand, reducing the access keys from 12 to 2.

Outcome:
The new systems reduced wastage with smarter delivery of soap, toilet paper, and hand towels, this significantly increased the time gap between refills.

The use of a single brand for all the dispensers allowed for a single access key across multiple dispensers, shortening the time required to refill and reducing the stress placed on the workforce.
A secondary benefit of using one brand was the simpler ordering process and storage.
