The holder sticks into position and the refill is replaced every month.
Each case of Gel Fresh comes with 10 refills and two holders.
To use, remove tape backing on the reverse of the holder, position the holder on the desired surface and firmly press.
Remove the relevant week and month tabs from the gel fresh refill and push onto the holder.
